All workshops are offered at Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Workshops include both theory and practical methods for application. All workshops are preceded by an anonymous online survey used to generate a relevant curriculum for your organization.

While May and her team will deliver content and presentations, since this is work you will have to do as an organization among colleagues, May encourages a medium to high level of participation and engagement during training sessions, both in-person and online.

Workshops will generally consist of large group discussions, small group exercises, readings of short articles, viewing instructive images and videos and answering questions as a group. If requested, May will provide lists of resources and referrals.

May also offers individual coaching and mentorship.
